A Small Problem

Dear friends, I’m using The latest Skype for desktop in windows 10 latest version. Whenever I work in any other windows other than Skype, and if someone calls me, my Skype is not ringing. Can anybody solve my problem? With regards from Inamuddin with the Skype ID: Charlsdarwin1
