Creating Groups

Hi everybody,
I`m trying to create a small group for an English course I help teach. I was able to do this with the older versions of Skype but I`m having trouble figuring out how to do it with the latest one. I have the latest versions of Jaws and Skype.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
