Not sure what you're referring to there. My scripts, for all three Skypes, have never had a restriction as to whether you run them on a 32-bit or a 64-bit machine. Scripts in general don't. Many years

Ctrl+JAWSKey+V announces a version number if you type it while in Skype. If it starts with 8, you have the Electron version. If it starts with a two-digit number like 14 or 16, you have the UWP versio

Yes, the jcf. The jss would contain a default value, but the jcf is where any updates to it go for a user; so the jcf setting will override the jss value for that key if found.
