Thanks very much for this. It's reverse from version 7, where the second caller is added when the call is answered.

I did contacted Skype support and they did say that it is quite possible but they didn’t give me how to do that!

You can create group conversation but you cannot add some one in your conference while you are talking with someone!

There will probably be a point when MS will stop letting users of older Skype Versions connect to the server.
Until that happens, there is no reason why everybody can’t use Skype 7.

Agreed the update message no longer appears when you launch skype but I don’t see any mileage out of speculating whether skype 7 will be around until April, July or whenever. Probably better to
