Can you be mor specific? Most of Skype's sounds has changed some.
If you use Skype classic their options to check in the sounds
area. In Wthe WIN 10 UWP app you can't do much at all.

Can you role back to an older version of skype? I don't have the link but you can google for it or find an article someone posted I think on this list regarding microsoft and skype. They are aware of the issues, not that they will fix them any time soon but there you go. You said you've done just about everything. What would that intel. Think very carefully as you might have missed something.

Hi Jerry and list. If you are referring to the new Skype application specifically designed for Windows 10, then yes, indeed there are scripts available for it. I have never tried them myself, but they have been available for some time now. Doug has also provided an online help manual with shortcut keys and commands.

Hi,
we have a problem with using these scripts modified for Czech. In view of recent Skype changes and UWP scripts it is not likely to get investigated, but I am going to ask anyway. When using the scripts on Skype 7, going to chat, starting to type a message and then rewiewing the letters typed by character, JAWS does not read any letters EXCEPT the accented ones. After sending the first message, subsequent messages to be sent can be reviewed normally. This has been happening here for some time, I may have even asked here about it, with no resolution. Now we have reports that this is sometimes happening for all messages, not just the first one. I would appreciate any suggestion to fix this. I can even edit the scripts to some extent.
