I am now at Skype 8.31 and I have no such issues so far, once someone told me they heared me somehow disturbing but I think this is due to my esternal wireless device.
Anyway if you use JAWS try writing me off list at barbi.michele@..., we'll try to organize a Tandem session and see what's going on here.
