have been many individuals who have wanted me to help them uninstall and reinstall a given piece of software, but when I actually use their computers, I find it is not an issue where a full uninstall and reinstall is necessary. This post is not directly Skype related, but I'd hate for someone to create unnecessary problems and hours of unnecessary time wasted. :) JR -----Original Message-----
